HINTS | 2008 | TIPS

Form as exercise - Gentle exercises increase your own awareness, helping the motions to sink deep in the body and mind. Never underestimate slow movements as everything can be made slow. Music also sometimes helps to sooth the atmosphere, and can also pump it up for that aerobic workout!

Great for maintenance - Before you go on stage, or under the spotlight in the club, rehearsal time plays a vital role in your success. Study forms closely as they can help revise key movements and generate numerous ideas. Practice daily to maintain skill.

Practice in Teams - This is key to development. Train in time, alternate and change to suit every ones strengths. Learn from each other and develop your own ideas, and prepare them together. You never know, an event could be just round the corner so spend your time sharpening your new found skills. Much can be said for the talent that can see in all directions.
